Analysis of case studies focusing on the real-life successes and failures of
organizations as they manage situations impacted by information technology. Students take on the role of manager, consultant or other decision maker to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and propose actionable solutions to resolve problems. Case studies cover a broad range of current information technology topics as well as business issues, technical issues and project management issues.
