Core Legal Concepts

Provides instruction in substantive law, thought processes, and writing and test-taking skills needed for success on the Uniform Bar Exam. The learning methodology will be iterative, consisting of substantive lectures and materials followed by extensive practice-testing and analysis. Students will complete weekly assignments and the course will include a midterm exam and a final exam.
