International Human Resource Management

This course allows the student to place the role of HRM within a global perspective and demonstrates the borderless and fluid workforce that is emerging today. Aspects of the course will include issues such as outsourcing, worker visas, multi-national companies, cultural differences, immigration patterns, and other global issues affecting HRM efforts today.
